Our electronics manufacturing business is basically based on SMT manufacturing, but our service offering also includes all necessary ancillary services, including the application of related manufacturing technologies (eg. THT manufacturing), as well as design, product development, prototyping, testing, programming, manual soldering, debugging, service, rework, assembly, packaging tasks, but even finished product logistics solutions such as warehousing or delivery organization.
Our machine fleet is built on two equivalent SMT lines based on ASM Siplace placement machines. Within the production process, basic quality control is performed with SAKI SPI and AOI optical inspection equipments. Virtually all of the equipment in our plant is a product belonging to a world-leading brand category, including even hand-held soldering stations
We carry out every step of our electronics manufacturing business in an EPA-certified area with adequate ESD protection. In addition, our operating area operates with dust protection provided with minimal overpressure, and continuous temperature and humidity control.
Our company is committed to meeting the highest customer needs, which is why we operate our electronics business with the support of a factory-wide Industry 4.0 system. In recent weeks, we have completed the construction of a system that covers all manual activities beyond manual production lines (manual soldering, programming, assembly, Human Quality Control, etc.), even packaging and finished product logistics tasks, what provides complete flow control. With the help of this and our material management system that ensures the tracking of raw materials, we will be able to guarantee the full traceability of the products we manufacture.
In addition to traceability, we can also undertake just-in-time solutions under different conditions, as we also have the necessary storage capacities.
We fully apply the EU Restriction of Hazardous Materials guidelines in our activities (RoHS – Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive).

Our material management system is based on the Essegi system, the main element of which is the semi-automatic dehumidification storage cabinet.
Our hand soldering tools are JBC soldering, desoldering, hand rework and hot air stations.
Our instrument park consists of a Rohde & Schwarz power supply, digital multimeter and oscilloscope.
We support and complement our quality control activities based on SPI and AOI machines with human inspection with analog and digital microscopes.
